★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの引越会社でお願いして良かったです。何社か相見積もりさせていただいたのですが、こちらの営業マンが一番真摯にこちらからの質問、値段交渉に応じてくださいました。当日の作業員の方たちも大変気さくな方ばかりで大変な作業だったにも関わらず、嫌な顔一つもせず笑顔で接してくださいました。ありがとうございました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

訪問見積もりの方のグイグイくる感じが苦手な私でしたが、ジョインさんはそんな事もなく分かり易く丁寧に説明も頂きました。当日の作業の方もテキパキと笑顔で対応下さり好感が持てました。是非、引越しの予定のある知人におすすめしたいと思います。
別の業者で引越した際に、エアコンのトラブル（当日の設置費用の請求）があり嫌な思いをしたことがありました。ジョインさんはエアコンの設置にかかる費用の説明もバッチリ教えて下さりました。当日も追加の支払いもなかったです！
不用品の処分もやってらっしゃるとのことで、引越しと併せて行う事ができて手間も省けました。
満足です！

ここの会社以上にインパクトの強い会社はなかった。 最初から適正価格で安めの金額を提示し更に退去のリフォーム代で心配だったところ、敷金診断士も紹介してくれた。
他の会社は胡散臭いパフォーマンスだけは立派だったが、本当にお客の為の提案を真摯にしてくれる会社はここだけだった。作業も慣れてる方が来てとてもスムーズに終わりました。

zoomで担当して下さった営業の方は、電話の対応も見積もり中もどこの引っ越し業社よりも丁寧で親切な方でした。値段の安さもあったんですが担当の方が良い人で、ここにしたい！と思えました。
引っ越しで運んでくださった方が2名いたんですが、とても丁寧で頼りになりました。暑い中ご苦労様でした。
かなり無理を言ったんですが、優しく対応して下さり気持ちよく引っ越し出来ました。
また引っ越す機会があれば、迷わずジョインさんを利用します。この度はありがとうございました！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初に電話対応をしてくださった方の印象が良かったのでジョインさんにお願いしました。営業の方もこちらの事情を理解して提案をしてくださいましたし、当日もテキパキ動いてお仕事をされていました。スムーズな引っ越しになり感謝しています。
長年住んでいて多少の不安があったため、紹介していただいた診断士の方に立ち会っていただき、敷金がちゃんと戻りましたので個人的にはお願いしてよかったです。
ひとつあるとすれば、「支払いは現金で」と一言伝えてほしかったなと思います。
今は支払い方法がいろいろありますので。
業界では普通でも、一般の人はそうではない場合があります。以上です。

残念な点が、電化製品が安く購入出来るというお話しでしたが、エアコン除いて全て高く、エアコンだけ購入しましたが、ホース代として1万弱の追加支払いしなくてはいけなくて、提携する電気屋さんを見直すと良いと思いました
