ラ	ラーテル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そのまんま。待ち時間も長いし、対応もマニュアル通りの御役所気質の堅物で、仮に役所側の対応や業務内容に不備が見られても、決められた言葉のみの謝罪で、対応はしないし、しようとすらしない！同じ建物内であっても、部署等が違えば、区民への対応1つですら、全く意思の疎通すらない。国保と国民年金は、同じ窓口での手続きだが、必要な手続きが限りなく同じであっても、担当者同士の意思の疎通、情報の共有は成されていない。よって、年金の方は控除申請すら行っていない事になっており、障害年金の不支給となってしまった。残りの人生、月額で約65000円の支給が一切支給されないのは、私の様な生活弱者には大きな痛手でしかない！まぁ、御役所なんてのは、何処も同じ様な物でしょうね。 That's right.
