定期点検で約2時間ほどの滞在です。
普段利用しておりますが、コロナ禍の中でも涼しい店内、もし時間がかかる場合は飲み物のおかわり等もあり、しっかりと配慮されています。
担当の営業の方、サービスの方、それぞれ丁寧な説明をしていただけるのも助かっております。
以前、他メーカーの車の点検で、異音の相談をしたところ、いろいろと原因を探りながら整備をしていただきました。
とても頼りになるディーラーさんだと思います。
●ここから追記です。
何度か利用させていただきましたが、トラブルが数回発生。
いずれも作業時のキズなどです。
ヒューマンエラーは仕方がないと思います。
ただし、毎回黙って車を渡すのはいただけません。
検証の後、修理していただきましたが、気持ちのいいものではありませんし、点検後に毎回客側がキズの有無を確認するのも違うと思います。
雑な扱いや不注意が原因。起こるべくして起きたこと。
全員とは言わないまでも、整備士さんのスキルやセンスを疑います。
ちゃんと報告してください。
今後、スタッフ皆さんのプロ意識の向上に期待しております。
どうか真面目なお店を目指してください。

I think it's a very reliable dealer.

I used it several times, but some troubles occurred.
Both are scratches during work.
I think human error can't be helped.
However, you cannot silently hand over the car every time.
After the verification, it was repaired, but it is not comfortable, and I think it is different for the customer to check for scratches after each inspection.
Caused by careless handling and carelessness. What happened to happen.
I doubt the mechanic's skill and sense, if not all.
Please report properly.

若そうな整備士さんで、説明内容も詳しく、分かりやすく、話方も丁寧な方でした。
お店もきれいでした。
待ち時間は飲み物1杯サービスありました。
秋冬はキャラメル・マキアートとコーンスープもあるみたいです。飲んでませんが。
