師走の忙しい時にフロントから家の物置につっこむという自損事故を起こし、自動車保険会社からこちらを紹介してもらいました。
近所で2件見積もりを取りましたが、一番人柄もよく、雨対策でテープを貼ったほうがいいというアドバイスを下さったこちらに決めました。
出来れば保険を使いたくないという私のワガママに合わせて、自費で出来る限りすごくキレイに修理してくださいました。
しかも近々遠出する予定も汲んで、雪が降るかもしれないし慣れた車の方がいいでしょう、と最短で仕上げてくださいました。感動。家も近くないのに代車も自宅納車で。
小さい子供もいるし本当に助かりました。保険会社にも良い所を紹介してくださってありがとうございますとお礼を伝えたくらい良かったです。
