★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 純正ホイールの色変えのためホイールからのタイヤ外しと廃棄を依頼。安かったし対応も悪くなかったが、一本だけリムが削られてました。再塗装だからと甘く考えてたが、色変えしてもらった業者からも下手くそでひどいねと言われました。結局再塗装しても跡がわかるし非常に気分が悪い。こちらの確認不足もあるが、技術のレベルが低く、組み込むのは絶対頼めないと思った。
Requested to remove the tire from the wheel and dispose of it to change the color of the genuine wheel. It was cheap and the response was not bad, but only one rim was scraped. I thought it was a repainting, but the vendor who changed the color told me that it was bad and terrible. After all, even if I repaint it, I can see the marks and I feel very sick. There is a lack of confirmation here, but the level of technology is low and I thought that I could never ask to incorporate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ5年ほど冬タイヤはオートバックスで購入しています。ちょっと安い気がするのと、店員さんの対応ものすごく良いです。カー用品店とは思えないほどです。
何度か応対に感心することがありました。企業風土なのでしょうか。
逆に、近隣のイエローハットは店員さんが不親切&偉そうなので利用しなくなりました。
I have been buying winter tires from AUTOBACS for the past 5 years. I think it's a little cheap, and the clerk's response is very good. It's hard to believe that it's a car supplies store.
I was impressed with the reception several times. Is it a corporate culture?
On the contrary, I stopped using the nearby Yellow Hat because the clerk seems unfriendly and great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ その昔、雄琴あたりで営業されていた頃からのオートバックス通(ツー)であります。
閉店後、数年経って2019年堅田にオートバックスが出店しましたが、いつも此処の守山野洲(元は栗東に在った頃から)のオートバックスを 利用しています。
オートバックスは、「最適なカーライフの提案」「豊かで健全な車社会の創造」と企業理念がしっかりしており、イエローハットとは違い、押売りセールスが無く、接客が快く、楽しく安心して買物が出来ます。
自身の経験で言うと。イエローハットで安くタイヤを買ったとしても、関連品の押売りありの。そのタイヤ自体の製造年が古かったりするからです。
今日も店内をうろついて車内小物を買って仕舞いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バッテリー交換で来店｡オリジナルバッテリーがメインで､店内はこじんまりしている為､品数少ないのが残念です｡バッテリー交換中､休憩所を利用しましたが､清掃は行き届いています｡休憩所の隣にガラス張りの喫煙所とトイレありです｡平日に交換を実施しましたが､すぐの交換ではなく2時間待ちの為､予約をして再度来店となりました｡店内スタッフの対応は淡々とした感じで､整備士の対応は良かったです｡

I used the restroom while replacing the battery, but the cleaning is perfect. There is a smoking area and a toilet.
