★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、狭い路地で電柱に車をぶつけてしまった時、まだ新しい車だったのでディーラーで修理しようかとも思いましたが、やはり費用面を考慮し、比較的近所の佐藤自動車さんに相談させていただきました。
車の状態や修理の仕方まで、素人の私にもわかりやすく丁寧にご説明してくださりました。
フロント左側を派手に損傷していたのですが、部分的に板金で修理し費用を抑えてくれました。控えめに言っても、ディーラーの3分の2くらいの費用感だったかと、、。
仕上がりはまるで新車のように綺麗でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回、荷積の際に後ろのバンパーに小さな傷をつけてしまい、その修理の依頼をしました。1ヶ月待ちでしたが、こちらにお願いして良かったです。見積もり自体は他の板金屋さんと比較して特別安いとは言えませんが（ディーラーと比較すれば安いです）仕上がりはディーラー以上です。それとサービスは◎です。フロントサイドにも小さな傷があったのですが、そこはサービスで磨きと部分コーティングをしていただきました。それと何より職員一人一人の対応が良いです。皆笑顔で挨拶をしてくれます。これって当たり前のことのようだけど、意外と出来ていない会社が殆どですよね。ということで、結局はコストバリューは高いと思います。
間違いなくおすすめできますよ。

ディーラーに依頼すると、部品交換になり、大変高額な修理となりますが、こちらに依頼したところ、部品交換と見間違うほどの完成度の仕上がりは、ホームページ上で拝見した数々の修理と同様に、本当に素晴らしいものでした。この先、そう長く乗ることはない車なので、あまりお金をかけて修理したくない…との気持ちもあり、ディーラーではなくこちらに依頼したのですが、想像を遥かに超える結果に、再び車への愛着が湧き、大切に乗ろうという気持ちにさせられました。
間違いない技術はもちろん、誠実に丁寧に対応していただき、また忘れかけていた、物を大切にする気持ちを思い出させていただき、こちらに依頼して本当に良かったです。
