こちらから問い合わしても「今、出払っているのですぐには対応できない。遅くなってしまう。」とのこと。まるで予定を忘れてしまっているのではないかと思わせる対応だった。
電話したオペレータも自分の言いたいことだけ言って切ってしまい、こちらが伝えたいことも伝えられなかった。
とにかく対応としては最低だった。
