E	Ed Matyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow ? This place is out of this world I got at see behind the scenes and it was amazing. It is just pandemonium. There is so much movement of fresh, frozen, and live fish ? There is so much money involved in the trade of fish. This is a world market place serving Canada China and Japan. There is every type of fish found here There is a small public market above the wholesalers area. The auction area is crazy at 3 am. Bring rubber boots if you're visiting a wholesaler Clean and well kept held to high standards by health inspectors The live fish area, the tuna auction, fresh fish area and shrimp area are as big as a city. Simple an amazing place must see.
A	Annie Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New fish market open to public. I went there around 12 and most of the shops are closed. Advised to go earlier. It is also good for sushi place. Be expected for extra time in queue. Almost all the sushi place are full with long queue. I was lucky an eel place has a spot for me so saved the queue time. Also had a very yummt pudding. That shop is specialised in egg

They also have some pretty interesting facts on display and you can also walk and see on the side where the wholesalers sell. It was a great experience!

The new location does not have the same market vibe and felt more like a concrete mall. While the food still tastes excellent, be prepared to wait for an hour for rice and fish bowls. While I think it may be worth it to see. If you are short on time I definitely recommend going to the original tsukiji market
I	Ian Macdonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While this place is very new and modern and well designed the only highlight is if you attend early enough to see the actual live fish auction. I think the original market would have been better because you would have felt more involved and closer to the action where here it feels like you are in an observation area and not part of the action. This is still a good place to learn a lot about the market and history however I would suggest to just skip it and go to the old market instead although you won't be seen any live auctions.

The wholesale seafood is on the bottom floor, definitely recommended! You can find some good price and best quality and freshness seafood here!
N	Namfia Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmmm we got there at 5 am and still lined up for 4 hours for sushi, it was good but not mind blowing good. It would only happen once in my life. Not again thanks. Unless you are going at 4 am/ doesn't mind going to those sushi shops that are not famous, otherwise you would probably need to line up for food. It is still worth going tho just be prepared. And the best thing is you don't need to think of what to eat because the only menu is Omakase which is a set menu setting by the chef. But all the staff were really nice and somehow know all the languages, okay maybe most of them, they know different languages to explain how to eat the fish and all the names of the fish. It was still a great experience
K	K T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on December 2nd, and this was the same day where the place was flooded with Media and Press. Made some reservations and woke up early to see the live fish auctions. Great experience, especially for a foreigner. If you love eating raw fish, definitely recommend you to check this place out. You will also get to know more about the history and culture to the fish market. Educational!
