★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 株式会社 宅都が仲介して運営されている。共同スペースは食堂や物干し場，洗濯機くらいで，あとは普通のマンションと変わらない。10階建。管理人さんはとても親切で頼りになる。株式会社LEOCの提供する朝夕2食付の食事も数ある寮食の中では美味しいほうに余裕で入る。食事は日曜・祝日には出ない。朝はおよそ隔日でパンが出る。食堂では若干ではあるが季節に応じた装飾が施される。食事も旬や季節ものが出る日があり，ほぼ毎月1回ビュッフェ形式でお替りができる。食堂にテレビが1台ある。電車の音はする部屋はする。生活騒音はノイズキャンセルするとよい。共用Wi-fiやパソコン1台は1階にあり，パソコンとプリンター(コピー可)の接続の悪いことがあった。1階の外には住み込みの猫たちが居る。立地も複数あるスーパーや駅に近い。入寮希望など詳しくは上記サイトをチェック。
