★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日エイブルに電話した所担当がいないので折り返すと言われました。待っていても掛かって来ないため、電話すると普通に出てなんで電話掛けて来ないかと言うと忙しいと言われました。電話できなくてすみませんの一言もなし。家賃の件で相談があった為エイブル京橋店に聞いたところ大家さんの見解で家賃の値下げはできないと言われました。確認の為大家さんに電話するとそんな電話は来ていないと言われました。
再度エイブル京橋店に電話して状況確認すると明らかに焦った状況で大家さんとやり取りしてるのは女の人と言われましたが、絶対嘘をついてると確信しました。
同じマンションで9室空き室で1万円も安い値段で出されてる為値下げできないのはおかしいと思いその後も家賃交渉を続けていると家賃は下げられるが、契約解除になって新規契約になると訳の分からないことを言われました。オマケに、この家賃交渉の件は他の住民に言わないで下さいと口止めまでされたので、とても感じ悪かったです。
電話の相手は店長です。不動産会社はこんな人間だらけなので要注意して下さい。

When I asked the Able Kyobashi store because I had a consultation about rent, I was told that the rent could not be reduced in the opinion of the landlord. When I called the landlord for confirmation, I was told that such a call did not come.
When I called the Able Kyobashi store again and checked the situation, it was said that it was a woman who was interacting with the landlord in a clearly impatient situation, but I was convinced that she was lying.
I think it is strange that the price cannot be reduced because 9 rooms are vacant in the same apartment and the price is as low as 10,000 yen. I was told that I don't understand. As a bonus, I was told not to tell other residents about this rent negotiation, so it was very unpleasant.
The other party on the phone is the store manager. Please note that real estate companies are full of such people.
