欲しい?が 第１ですが、営業の人柄で 買うのも 後悔しない購入のやり方❕かもです☺

予約して、オイル交換をしました。
パーキングに自車が戻って来たので、精算して帰れると待ってました。
10分経ち、20分待っても呼ばれる気配は有りません。
フロントで、もう終わってるのでは？と問うと、とっくに終了。
呼ばれないと帰れなかったかも。
帰路で、営業担当から詫びの電話が。
営業さんは、紳士でとても良い人達です。
問題は、サービスかな。
そこまででendでした。
店長からの連絡も無し。
車買うときは店長出てくるけど、メンテは客では無いのかな。
販売店の4→1チャンネル化になったら、消える店舗かも
