★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エンジニアの長谷部？長谷川？という男最低でした。修理した車を取りに行くと営業の方と違うことを言われました。
部品交換を検討してくれと概算書を渡してきたのに車は返せないので代車で帰れと。検討もなにも返せないのであれば修理するしかないではないか。すぐに遠出する用事があったのでそれなら早くそうと言って欲しかった。
もうここのホンダには来ません。
Hasebe, an engineer? Hasegawa? The man was the worst. When I went to pick up the repaired car, I was told that it was different from the sales person.
I gave him a rough estimate to consider replacing parts, but I couldn't return the car, so I told him to take a substitute car. If you can't return anything, you have no choice but to repair it. I had an errand to go out soon, so I wanted him to say so soon.
