O	O P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1月に売却したのにも関わらず、５月に名義変更したと通知が来た。自動車税の納税通知書は勿論こちらに届いた。名義変更をするのが遅いです。一旦は支払って、後日返金するので、納税証明書を郵送してと言われた。売却時にこのような事があるとも説明もなかったし、こちらから伺ったら実は事情があって…と言われました。そちらの都合で名義変更が遅れたのになぜ売却から何ヶ月も経過しているのにこちらが納税の義務を追い、返金に向けての面倒なやりとりをしなければならないのでしょうか。県税事務所は何度電話をかけても繋がらなかったし、時間がとられた。経費削減の為にいろいろな手順を省いているのかと思いますが、はっきり言ってすごく迷惑です。　返金すればいいという訳ではありません！お詫びに来た売却時の営業の本人、謝りに来たのにも関わらずなんと火に油を注ぐような言い訳を繰り返しました笑　　ちんぷんかんぷんで話が全く噛み合わなかった。こちらが事後対応について指定したところ、『店長の指示で特別にしてあげてるんです』と自慢げに言ってきた。　それは私が頼んだからで、だから今こうしてあなたがここに来ているのだ…と教えてあげたけど、さらに意味不明な事を言われたので謝罪の途中でお帰りいただきました。 I received a notification that I changed my name in May even though I sold it in January.
