★ ★ ★ ★ ★ だいたい二次会以降で利用していますがお店の雰囲気と店員のおばさんが昔ながらの感じでいいです。
お勧めはしゃんかいめん、チャーハン、餃子。ただ値段は高めです。

以前から気になっていたので食べに来ました。
先ずはお決まりの瓶ビールと餃子を注文(^^)
瓶ビールを飲みながら、しばし餃子を待つ。
テレビでは夕方のニュースで10月からの増税の話題になっている。
このお店の女将さんと、世間話しスタート
やはりお店も消費税を上げざるおえないらしい。
それは税金なのでしっかり上乗せして頑張ってほしい。
この増税を切っ掛けに、お店をたたんでしまうお店も多いと聞いてますので、少しでも長く営んでほしいものだ。
ハイ餃子が到着
餃子は、一般的には野菜をみじん切りにして、野菜汁を脱水しますが、このお店は少し汁を残してる感があり、一口食べた後に野菜汁が口の中に広がります。
すごく手作り感ある餃子に仕上がってます。
続いて追加した炒飯も到着
ワオ〜出た！
この赤い炒飯が本来の目的です。
赤は中国では御祝い等で縁起の良い色！
当然、日本でも紅白と言ったお祝いにも使うし、何より赤飯といったご飯があるくらいだ。
この赤い炒飯は、祝いの場でも使える逸品。
この炒飯の特長としては、少しモチっと感があり、パラパラとした感じではありません。
でも、紅焼豚をふんだんに使って食べごたえがあります。
