24名で個室を貸切にしましたが、隣とのゆとりがなく狭かったのが残念。もう少し少人数の時に利用したいと思う。ごちそうさまでした☆

注文はタブレット方式に変わっていました！
店内は完璧にアクリル板、消毒されています。
今日は海鮮麺を食べましたが、待っている間にメニューを見ていると、他の料理も美味しそうなので?次回チャレンジしようと思います☺️

中国の人が経営していて、スタッフもみんな中国の人ですが、皆さん明るくて丁寧です。
大きな円卓の部屋が３つあるので、人数が多いときは助かります。よく、法事などをやられている方を見かけます。
お料理はシェフが変わると、その方の出身地により味が変わるような気がします（笑）が、概ね美味しいです。お料理は単品だけでなく、定食もありお値打ちです。
お料理やビールなどの飲み物のお値段もリーズナブル。感じの良さとコスパの良さのお陰か、いつも賑わっています。

There are three large round table rooms, so it is helpful when there are many people. I often see people doing legal affairs.

The prices for drinks such as food and beer are reasonable. Thanks to the good feeling and the cospa, it is always crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR鶴見駅前の駅ビル、フーガの地下一階にある中華料理店。同じフロアに特に人気の高い満州園があるが、こちらも人気店である。
日替わり定食が860円とリーズナブル。場所柄か、ライスの量は基本多めで、さらにおかわりは一杯まで無料。
麻婆豆腐は日本人向けにしてあるのか、麻(山椒、ホアジャオ)は抑えられている。やや辛く濃いめの味付けでご飯が進む。黒酢酢豚は豚肉が多く入っており、甘めのタレが絡んでこれまたご飯が進む。玉ねぎ、ピーマン、ニンジンの彩りも良い。
追加で頼んだ餃子は大きめで肉汁が多くジューシーで美味しい。
満州園と甲乙つけ難い。奥に半個室の円卓があり、(コロナがおさまれば)小宴会もできそう。
A Chinese restaurant located on the first basement floor of the fugue, a station building in front of JR Tsurumi Station. Manchuen Garden, which is especially popular on the same floor, is also a popular shop.
The daily set meal is reasonably priced at 860 yen. The amount of rice is basically large, and the refills are free up to one cup.
Maybe Mapo tofu is for Japanese people, and hemp (sansho, hoajao) is suppressed. The rice goes on with a slightly spicy and strong seasoning. Black vinegar sweet and sour pork contains a lot of pork, and the sweet sauce is entwined and the rice goes on again. The colors of onions, peppers and carrots are also good.
The additional dumplings I ordered are large, juicy and delicious with a lot of gravy.
It is difficult to attach to Manchuen Garden. There is a semi-private round table in the back, and it seems that a small banquet can be held (if the corona subsides).

美味しいときとまぁまぁのときがあったのだが、昨夜（2022/3/30）は特に酷かった。えっ？と驚くほど不味いものを出された。
東坡肉は見た目は普通だが肉にもタレにも味がついてない。
炒飯はベチョベチョのド素人料理。
コロナの影響で料理人が変わったのか、はたまた昨夜だけは代理の素人アルバイトだったのか分からないが、もう2度と行くことはない。
それほど高くない割にはそこそこの料理を出す店だったに残念である。
オーナー様、もしこれを本日中に読まれましたら、昨夜の東坡肉を是非召し上がって下さい。あの茶色いタレを味を付けないでどうやったら作れるのか、逆に不思議です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネガティブなコメントをたまに見かけますが、こちらの料理は悪くないです。定食の付け合わせで提供される麻婆豆腐もコクがあって美味しい。刻まれた搾菜も薬臭くなく、ライスも臭くない。よくある町中華で感じるこうしたマイナス点は感じませんでした。豚バラ玉ねぎ炒めも中華らしくないあたりが却って好印象。同じフロアにある有名店と定食カテゴリでは遜色ないですね。
別の日。今日いただいた野菜タンメン700円は野菜の量が多いのはいいのだけれど、豚肉が圧倒的に美味しくない。これは残念。スープは細麺との相性はいいけれど塩ラーメンに近いパンチ不足です。
