★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの刀削麺めちゃくちゃ美味しいです。麺がモッチモチでうまい！接客もご夫婦で頑張っている感じで好感が持てます。中華街で食べた刀削麺はクタクタ系の麺が多かったので、個人的にはこっちの方が好みでした。
The sword-cut noodles here are insanely delicious. The noodles are chewy and delicious! I like the way the couple are working hard to serve customers. Most of the sword-cut noodles I ate in Chinatown were kuta-kuta noodles, so I personally preferred this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 珍しく替え玉もあるようでした。個人的な好みで言うと花椒をもっときかせて欲しいかな。麺の太さと不揃いさは良い感じでした。
再訪問し、辛ねぎ刀削麺いただきました。
辛ねぎの分だけ辛さが増して美味しかったです。
次回は定食の麺が刀削麺に変更出来るか挑戦して、半チャーハンセットを頼んでみたいな。
今回は麻辣坦々刀削麺を半ライス付きでオーダー。
日曜日のお昼時でしたが、客は私だけ。
コロナの心配は無さそうです。
味は安定していますね。
坦々だけあって、ゴマのコクもあり美味しかったです。
There seemed to be a rare replacement ball. In my personal taste, I would like to see more Sichuan pepper. The thickness and unevenness of the noodles was good.
I visited again and had spicy green onion sword cutting noodles.
The spiciness increased by the amount of the spicy green onions and it was delicious.
Next time, I'd like to try to change the set meal noodles to sword-cut noodles and ask for a half-fried rice set.
This time, I ordered Mala Tantan sword-cut noodles with half rice.
It was Sunday noon, but I was the only guest.
There seems to be no worry about corona.
The taste is stable.
It was delicious with the richness of sesame seeds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚角煮刀削麺をいただいた。麺は日本のほうとうに似た良い感じのもの。豚角煮は八角が利いた、柔らかく煮えた小ぶりのものがたくさん載っていた。だだし、スープがちょっと。色の濃さの割りには味わいがもう一つ。なんとなく角煮から香辛料の味が移ったような。これが現地の味なのかも知れないけれど。
I had pork kakuni sword-cut noodles. The noodles have a nice feel similar to Japanese hoto. There were many small, softly boiled pork kakuni with star anise. However, the soup stock is a little. There is another taste for the color depth. It seems that the taste of spices has changed from Kakuni. This may be the local taste.
