F	Footballmanager Sit013 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本酒コロナの影響か回転率が悪い印象。寝かせてる、というが劣化した味を感じた。 (何でも寝かせたらいいってもんじゃないからね) 銘柄でのオーダーはあまり好まれず、好みを伝えると見繕ってもらえるシステム。清酒はワイングラスで飲みたい、な人には向いてない。何を基準にしてるか分からないが、お猪口が色々使われるので最早何が何だか分からなかった。九州方面の酒は殆ど無いとのこと。東一もない。昔はあったのよ(その時も「ある？」って聞いたら「無い」って言われて冷蔵庫みたら一番前にあったけど笑) 料理主にアテ(つまみ)。むしろ殆どがつまみ。同伴者が空腹だったらしく「〆のそば」を先に食べたい、と伝えたところ笑われてやんわりオーダー拒否。酒飲みのスタイルを押しつけてくるならもっと酒の品質管理から勉強すべきと感じた。システムがおしつけがましい。料理の単価はやや高め、味は美味しい。駅から近い(徒歩2分くらい)なのも良い。日本酒好きならちゃんとした酒屋で相談して一本買った方がいいよ、というお話。 (本当に申し訳ないが、種類が多いだけで"充実"にはならんのよ。これを旨いという口コミは残念ながらコロナ前かステマかアレ) Sake Impression that the influence of corona or the turnover rate is bad.
