昔からの名門レンタカー“ジャパレン”なら安心と思いTELで予約して行きました。
最近の“ジャパレン”はカラオケと併設だったりして大規模店舗のイメージがありましたが、中村公園店は極々小規模で、勿論、他店舗の様に“カラオケ”は有りませんでしたね。
小規模店舗であっても、24時営業は変わらなくて利用できましたから不便はありませんでした。
“ジャパレン”のネームバリューと、簡素な店舗のギャップが“微妙”でした。
店の方の対応などは親切だったですよ！

店での書類もテキパキと終わり、手間をかけずに車を借りれました。
車も凄く綺麗だったんですが、、、
車内の天井に、ガムが！
貼り付けたやつを褒めてやりたい気分でした(笑)
でも、見つけてしまったので、星２つです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 深夜に借りることが多いのですが、いつもいるおじさんはとても対応がいいです。
借り出し時、返却時ともにスピーディかつ丁寧です。
何回か昼間に借りた時は、他の方が接客してくださり、対応も遅く雑でした。
ネットで予約をしてあるので、安心プランの有無は記入済みなのですが、おじさんは「安心プラン有りになってるけどそれでいいですか？」と確認をして下さりますが、昼間の方はそういった確認は全くありません。
昼間はあまり利用したくありませんが、深夜帯でしたら安心して利用できます。

I don't want to use it much during the day, but I can use it safely at late night.

十年来利用しましたが一度も嫌な思いをしていません。
