結論から言わせてもらうと、メニューを考え直した方がいいと思う。時代に合ってないと思うしニーズに合ってないと思う。
メニューの「信」を注文した。
伊勢海老のタルタルソース焼き？タルタルソースの味が強くてわざわざ高い金額を出して食べているのに旨いと思えない。茶碗蒸しは鶏肉の臭味が引き立っていて美味しくない。他の小鉢類は値段の割にはたいしたものはない。
平日に10食限定のメニューがあったが土日は多忙でやっていないと言っていたが多忙には見えなかった。しかもそのメニューも値段が高く見えた。
店の中は昭和感があり懐かしさを感じるが、高級食材を売りにしているだけで味も悪くお値打ち感は全く無い。庶民的な地魚でプロの味を頂けたらいいと思うのですが。
一般の人がちょっと食事に行ける店ではない。
急須の持ち手も新しいものに変えた方がいいのでは？
入口の伊勢海老？を模した大きな置物も違う物に変えた方がいいと思う。
店の雰囲気は悪くはないと思うが、残念だ。

I ordered "Shin" from the menu.
Grilled spiny lobster with tartar sauce? The taste of tartar sauce is so strong that I don't think it's delicious even though I'm eating it for a high price. Chawanmushi is not delicious because the smell of chicken stands out. Other small bowls are not very good for the price.
There was a menu limited to 10 meals on weekdays, but he said he wasn't busy on Saturdays and Sundays, but he didn't look busy. Moreover, the menu also seemed expensive.
The inside of the store has a Showa era feeling and feels nostalgic, but the taste is bad and there is no sense of value just because it sells high-class ingredients. I'd like to have a professional taste with common local fish.
It's not a restaurant where ordinary people can go out for a meal.
Isn't it better to change the handle of the Kyusu to a new one?
Spiny lobster at the entrance? I think it's better to change the large figurine that imitates the above to a different one.
I don't think the atmosphere of the store is bad, but it's a shame.

品数多くて、天ぷらか刺身を選べます。
私は、天ぷらにしました。
揚げたては、とても美味しかったです。茶碗蒸しも美味しかったです。
食後にコーヒーとミニデザートも付いてました。
