大	大野仁久 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宗條さんという方が担当者でしたが、今まで10回近く引っ越した中で一番不快な担当者でした。問い合わせ段階でも途中で連絡がなく、数日たっても返信なし。こちらからどうなっているのか確認したら謝罪一つなく、「送信ボックスにメールがあったので、送れてると思ったんです」とどうでもいい言い訳。来店した際も挨拶もなしにいきなり契約の話。しかも物件を契約するなんて一言も言っていないのに契約前提で話されて常識を疑いました。何度も内覧をしてから決めると言っていたのですが… 内覧をした際も情報はほとんどなく、「この物件来たことないんですよねー」と言う始末。そうだとしても言うべきことではない、プロとしての対応ではないですよね。流石にうんざりして契約をしないと言った瞬間に不貞腐れた態度を取られ、不快感しか残りませんでした。忙しい時期で大変なのかもしれませんが、今までで一番対応が悪い担当者でした。他の方は電話対応時に丁寧に対応していただいたので、非常に残念です。 Mr. Sojo was the person in charge, but he was the most unpleasant person in charge of moving nearly 10 times so far.
