その後返信がなくなりました
何か痛いところを突いてしまったのかな？にしても返信くらいするべきでしょうが

付き添った時に
別なエイブル店舗でも感じたが、
内見の段階で即決に至らないと
明らか〜に態度が悪くなる。
入居後、近隣住民の騒音に関して
苦情を申し入れした際も
初めて電話したにも関わらず
「前にもクレームの電話されてますよね？」と
一方的に決めつけられた上、対応は何もなし。
入居1年未満で違約金家賃1ヶ月分取られは
するものの、高い授業料だったと
割り切ってめでたく退去に至りました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここから契約するのはオススメできません。何をするにしても仕事が遅い。契約のときも、退去のときも、連絡事項が多いのに全て口だけ。決まり次第連絡します、大家さんと連絡を取ってからまた連絡します、と言ってもこちらから催促するまで一切連絡は来なかった(4、5回)それに、言ってないことを、言ったと言い張る始末。結局言ったと言い張られて、数万円返ってくるはずだったのに返金してもらえませんでした。本当に何から何まで最悪で、いい点がひとつも上げられない。

4月下旬には引っ越しをしなければならないなか上旬から物件を探し始めて、それでも譲れない部分があるという贅沢極まりないなか物件探しで条件に合った良い物件を見つけてくださいました。担当してくれたのが川崎さんという女性スタッフです。まだ手続き等が不慣れな中サポートしてくださり、仕事だからだとは思うが他の方のサポートもしているなか迅速に対応してくださいました。電話越しでも優しい人と伝わる方で直接会った時も笑顔で名前を呼んで挨拶してくださいました。
内見当日は川崎さんではなく、福田さんという男性スタッフが対応してくださいました。
1人で内見することが今回が初めてな中、笑顔での接客をしてくださり話すのがとても楽しかったです！川崎さんが探してくれた物件の内見の時は、福田さんと2人で生活の想像だったり、アドバイスだったりをしてくださり生活してるのが想像しやすくとても良かったです！
自分が不手際したりしても迅速にサポートをしてくれているので初めての方で柏周辺に引越しを検討している方は連絡してみると掘り出し物があると思うのでオススメです。

He supported me while I was still unfamiliar with the procedures, and although I think it was my job, he responded promptly while also supporting other people. Even when I met a person who was kind to me over the phone, he called me with a smile and greeted me.
On the day of the preview, a male staff member named Mr. Fukuda responded instead of Mr. Kawasaki.
This was the first time for me to take a look inside by myself, and it was a lot of fun to talk to them with a smile on their faces! When I was looking for a property that Mr. Kawasaki was looking for, it was very nice to be able to imagine living with Mr. Fukuda by giving me imagination of life and advice!
Even if I make a mistake, I will support you promptly, so if you are a first-time user and are considering moving to the Kashiwa area, I recommend you to contact me because I think there is a bargain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引き継ぎもされない。書類の不備が多すぎる。ろくに調べもしないのに、こちら側の責任みたいな言い方をしてくる。電話も中々折り返しがこない。対応が悪い人ばかりではないけれど、悪い人がいる分、良い人が可哀想。もう少し管理をしっかりして欲しい！
