l	lack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ できますと言われたことが出来なかったり。打ち合わせを予約しようとしたらその日は担当者がおりませんので別に日でと言われ、別の日に約束したのにその日も担当者が不在とか。正直信用ならんです。 I couldn't do what I was told I could do. When I tried to make a reservation for a meeting, there was no person in charge on that day, so I was told that it was another day, and even though I promised another day, the person in charge was absent on that day as well. Honestly, it's credit.

し	しゃけ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遠方から来て大変でしょうから鍵は郵送しますねと言われたが、部屋引き渡し一週間前になっても届く気配がない。電話して聞くと、担当が不在で分かりません。直接取りに来てくださいとの事。片道2時間半かけて行くも、謝罪も無しに書類と鍵を渡されてさよならでした。担当は一回も電話に出ないし入金確認等の連絡もありませんでした。 I was told that I would mail the key because it would be difficult to come from afar, but there is no sign that it will arrive even one week before the room is handed over. When I call and listen, I don't know because the person in charge is absent. Please come to pick it up directly. It took me two and a half hours one way, but I was given the documents and keys without apology and said goodbye. The person in charge did not answer the phone even once and did not contact me to confirm the payment.
