★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great. We opted for halfboard option. The hotel seems to be run by old people who provide extremely personal and meticulous service. If there is one thing i'll remember of lake towada, it'll be the service. They really make you feel like home and put in their best to make you comfortable. Also the food is wonderful, we look forward to every single meal. The location is also fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ryokan style dinner and breakfast. Really nice staff members who do their best to accommodate. Located directly on lake Towada. Hot bath (onsen). The place seemed rather old but everything was clean.
