り	りぃだ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大館駅チカだが飲み屋までは遠く2㎞ほど。その分かなり安く宿泊できた。きれいな温泉からの眺めもよく、夜鳴きそばまで食べれる。ダブルの部屋は14㎡、ベッドは140cm。 Odate station Chika, but the bar is about 2 km away. I was able to stay at a considerably cheaper price. The view from the beautiful hot springs is good, and you can even eat soba noodles at night. The double room is 14㎡ and the bed is 140cm.
弘	弘中あきら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大館駅から一番近いホテル。建物は古めだが、しっかり清掃されている。夜は無料で半ラーメンと半ライスが頂ける。展望風呂があり大館市内を見下ろしながら湯船に浸かれる。朝食はバイキングで、品数もそこそこある。比内地鶏の出汁のお茶漬けなど、朝から満腹。 The closest hotel to Odate Station. The building is old but well cleaned. You can get half ramen and half rice for free at night. There is an observation bath and you can soak in the bath while looking down on the city of Odate. Breakfast is a buffet and there are a fair number of items. I'm full from the morning, such as Ochazuke of Hinai chicken soup stock.
M	Mai Tørneskog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪のホテル。秋田犬に会いたい方はここではなく秋田犬の里を強くおすすめします。 15時にチェックインすれば犬に会えると言われたのに遠くから檻の中の犬を見られただけ。独房のような檻に入れられた犬はとてもかわいそうでした。犬は外の檻に17時までいました。早くチェックした意味一切なし。部屋の清潔感は全くなく、カビと臭いがひどかったです。そのまま他のホテルに移ることを何度考えたことかわかりません。フロントの対応もぶっきらぼうで良いことなし。夜鳴きそばを作ってくれる方、朝ごはんを作ってくれる方には感謝です。 The worst hotel. If you want to meet Akita Inu, I highly recommend Akita Inu no Sato instead of here. I was told that I could meet the dog if I checked in at 15:00, but I could only see the dog in the cage from a distance. The dog in a cage like a prison was very poor. The dog was in the outside cage until 17:00. There is no meaning to check early. The room wasn't clean at all and had a terrible mold and smell. I don't know how many times I thought about moving to another hotel. Correspondence of the front desk is also blunt and there is nothing good. I am grateful to those who make soba noodles at night and those who make breakfast.

T	Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for the price. I came to see Hachiko's birthplace. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bath on the top floor had a wonderful view. Very close to the train station, stores and shops.

C	Captain Otter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is okay, I'd give it a higher rating but the rooms are really small and we expected there would be more room for two tall ish Australians. If you're a sensitive sleeper it may be worth getting two rooms, we did get our room swapped free of charge and it was about 10cm wider and we slept fine after an exhausting day but it's definitely worth a word of caution. Amenities are okay, it was rather dusty but clean overall and the aircon worked well in summer. I would stay again but booking two rooms would have been significantly more expensive. Well located in Odate.

But I feel I have to voice my opinion about this hotel and the room me and my wife got at this Hotel. The check in went smooth and we were handed the keys to room 401. Upon entering the room a smell best described as musty, stale and slightly earthy greeted us immediately. After investigating we found out that the room was riddled with mold and had serious humidity issues (see pictures). Even though the hotel is cheep and clearly old, it's shocking that the hotel haven't done anything to sort this out as it could be harmful to the guests. Seeing how they have tried their best to wash the surfaces that once contained black mold, they are well aware of the problem. My suggestion is to stay away from this hotel and especially room 401.
