大	大阪市立Ei#1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年4月後半の昼下がりに立ち寄りました。店舗の駐車場は狭いですが、建物の横にあります。頂いたのは、「とうきちラーメンチャーシュートッピング」麺硬めです。肝心のお味の方は、パンチは強くありませんが、スープの方はあっさり・まったりとした豚骨味で、塩加減がよく、ブラックペッパー、（たぶん）胡麻油？がよくマッチして美味でした。豚骨臭さはないです。チャーシューも味が染み込んで柔らかく、焼き目をつけてあるので香ばしかったです。麺の量は多目です。関西で、あっさり系で美味しい豚骨ラーメンは珍しいかもしれません。価格も、関西地方ではコ・ス・パ良いと思います。女性の店員さんもテキパキと動かれ感じよかったです。また、再訪して他のメニューも試してみたいです。 I stopped by late afternoon in late April 2019. The parking lot in the store is small but next to the building. What I got is "Tokichi ramen char chutipping" noodles. If you really like the taste, the punch is not strong, but the soup has a light and mild pork-bone flavor, good saltiness, black pepper, (maybe) sesame oil? Was a good match. There is no smell of pork bones. The pork is also fragrant because it has a taste and is soft and baked. The amount of noodles is plentiful. Delicious pork bone ramen may be rare in Kansai. I think that the price is also good in Kansai area. The female sales clerk also felt good to move with TekiPaki. Also I would like to revisit and try other menus.

褒	褒貶囲炉裏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車用の駐車場はギリギリ5台ですが3台がベストですね。ラーメンは細麺のストレートでごくごく飲める豚骨スープは臭みも無くて非常に食べやすいですね。チャーシューはバラ肉を使っていて油も甘くて臭みも無く工夫されております。セットメニューの唐揚げマヨ丼を食べましたが単品であっても食べたいぐらい旨いですね。店員さんの愛想も良いし店内はテーブル席も充実しているので親子連れで楽しめますよ。近隣に大型チェーン店があるけど十分対抗できるぐらいの品質がありますね。駐車場が狭いだけが難点ですが。 The parking lot for cars is barely 5 but 3 is best. ウ	ウシジマくん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前のオーナーの時の店員が最悪だったので通うのを止めていたがオーナーが代替りしたとの事なので数年ぶりに行ってみた。昔々は藤平ラーメン?という名称で、あちこちに、お店があったのだが倒産してしまった。今回、久しぶりに行った藤吉ラーメンは以前とは大分、違った味になっていた。以前の藤平ラーメンは和風関西豚骨ラーメンの味わいで凄く好きだったが、今回の藤吉ラーメンは、どちらかと言うと豚骨醤油に近い味だ。でも、かなり美味いと思う。焼飯もパラパラで美味だが少し塩辛いかな。でも個人的には好きな味だ。チャーシューのぶつ切りや卵?が豪華に使われ大変に美味かった。そして餃子?が、これまた美味い！小ぶりで外はカリッと焼き上げ中から肉汁が溢れ出る！アツアツで大変美味かった！これは餃子の王将よりも大阪王将よりも美味く思えた。ラーメン?以外のサイドメニューまでこんなに美味い店は、なかなかない。今回はオーソドックスな藤吉ラーメンを頼んでみたが他にも色々、種類が増えていたので、また試してみたい。ご主人さんと奥さんらしき方も愛想も良くまた来たいと思わせる接客でした。 Because the clerk at the time of the previous owner was the worst I stopped going, but the owner replaced me I heard that I did it, so I went there for the first time in a few years. r	re on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何を食べても美味しいラーメン屋さんです。私は店名の変わるずっと前から通っています。個人的にお気に入りなのはつけ麺で、全粒粉の麺がツルツルで美味しいです。トッピングの味玉・チャーシューも絶品。デザートの焼きプリンが他の方も言ってる通り、良い意味でラーメン屋らしくない笑本格的なプリンなのでぜひ食べてみてください。 It's a delicious ramen shop no matter what you eat. サ	サラリーマンスタンド on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 映画「たんぽぽ」に出てくる、とても気合いの入った、客に気合いが伝わるラーメン屋さんです。オーナーは調理に一途で熱心… それを補佐するホールは一人なのですが、このスタッフさんの目配り気配りが半端ないので、たいへん気持ち良く食事が出来ました。あと、ラーメンと一緒に提供される「高菜」が美味しく、思わず白御飯を追加しましたが… この御飯、米自体は普通のようですが、水加減と炊き加減が絶妙ですので美味しく、思わずお代わりしてしまいました。大手チェーン店には無い味と雰囲気が心地よく、「山椒は小粒でピリリと辛い」を地でいく店でした。 It is a ramen shop that is very energetic and conveys the spirit of the customers in the movie "Tanpopo". 寺	寺野桂司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家から徒歩3分圏内にあるお店で中学校の頃からよく行かせていただいてます。近くに有名ラーメンチェーン店が2つありますが、基本的には藤吉ラーメンが松原では1番おいしいお店です。おすすめは全部ですが、藤吉ラーメンはリーズナブルなのでおすすめです。また、キムチ炒飯も是非に。以前は23時くらいまで営業されていましたが、コロナもあり21時までとなってて、仕事終わりに行くのは少し難しいかも知れませんが、是非とも行ってみてください。 At a shop within a 3-minute walk from the house I've been going there since I was in junior high school. There are two famous ramen chain stores nearby, but basically Fujiyoshi Ramen is the most delicious restaurant in Matsubara. All the recommendations are, but Fujiyoshi ramen is recommended because it is reasonably priced. Also, don't miss the kimchi fried rice. It used to be open until about 23:00, It may be a little difficult to get to the end of work by 21:00 due to the corona, but please do try it.
