r	ro hi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の正午ごろに訪問。セブンパーク天美３階のフードコートにある。フードコート内は平日にもかかわらず賑わっていたが好きな席に座れるぐらいに十分に席数がある。豚骨魚介ラーメン、餃子＋白ごはんセットを注文。店員さんから「餃子は少々お時間いただきますが、よろしいでしょうか？」と声かけあり。お金を払い、呼び出しベルを受け取り、ウォーターステーションで紙コップに水を入れて席で待つ。５分程でベルがなる。時間がかかるのを覚悟していたが思ったより早かった。スープはドロドロに濃厚。豚骨の旨味も感じられるが魚粉の味がガツンとくる。麺は中太麺。やや柔らか目に感じたが噛むとパツンと切れる。トッピングのメンマは太いけど柔らかい。チャーシューは薄目やけどモチっと食感。美味しい。ナルトとのりは普通。カイワレは濃くなった口の中を爽やかにリセットしてくれる。ネギではなくカイワレを乗せてるのは、このラーメンには合う。餃子はやや小さめが５個。野菜多めな感じ。焼き加減は最高。ご飯は硬めで好みの味。素ラーメンも食べてみた。ナルトとカイワレだけが乗ったシンプルな醤油ラーメン。スープの上には油がけっこう浮かんでる。甘めの醤油かな？これはこれで美味しかった。この辺では貴重な豚骨魚介ラーメンのお店。隣には人気店の、どうとんぼり神座があるけど頑張ってほしい。 Visited around noon on weekdays.
