川	川猿 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 案内され、最初に小籠包6セイロ（1セイロ2個）を注文。出来上がるまで10分程度かかるとのこと。次からは紙に書いて注文し、出来上がればポケベルが鳴ってお知らせという仕組みです。飲茶はすごい美味しく、特にシュウマイが美味しかったです。他の大皿、デザートはまぁ普通かな。杏仁豆腐は味が薄いし、全体的に少し物足りない感が否めない。気づけば席に着いてから40分、そこそこ腹も膨れてきたが、まだ小籠包が来ない・・・店員さんに確認したところ、忘れられていたようで、そこから待つこと10分で到着。申し訳なさげに「1時間延長させていただきます」とのことでしたが、すでに満腹のため延長されても食が進みません。小籠包も、肉汁がしっかりと閉じ込められており、もっと早ければ美味しく食べれただろうなと思いながら、何とか食べました。お目当てにしていただけに残念でした。まだオープンしたてでバタバタしていたこともあると思いますが、小籠包が遅い時は早めに確認されることをオススメします。 I was guided and ordered 6 Xiaolongbao (1 Xiaolongbao 2 pieces) first. H	HIDEYA “Oathsha” UENO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小籠包とラーメンだけは注文して取りに行く以外はよくあるバイキングレストランです。点心とスイーツがメインなのでなかなか面白いメニューが多いと思います。ラーメンのトッピングコーナーがかなり豪華でニンニクや肉味噌っぽいやつ、フライドガーリックに粉山椒など多種多様。これらをラーメンにのせずにチャーハンやご飯にのせるスタイルはかなりジャンキーな丼になります。ラーメンは初っぱな注文するも色々取ったりしている間に伸びてしまい、せっかくの注文制なのに失敗でした。メインの小籠包はさすがの出来立て肉汁たっぷりといくつでも食べれるような仕上がりでした。針生姜と黒酢が良いアクセントでした。小籠包以外ではオレンジ色の蒸し餃子が唐辛子味で横○綱ラーメンのピリ辛餃子って味でおすすめです。スイーツコーナーは練乳を削ったかき氷を作れるマシーン有りで「なるほどこんな感じで作られるのかぁ！」と謎の感動がありました。スイーツトッピングコーナーはバーミヤンのデザート大集合みたいな感じでした。多分同じグループなので同じ味かと思います。全体的に柔らかい食べ物が多いので控え目に食べないとかなり胃に詰め込まれますね。食べ過ぎました。 Only Xiaolongbao and ramen are common buffet restaurants except to order and go get them.
