不安は見事的中、出てきた肉は一つ一つがとても小さく、惨めな気持ちになりました。価格重視のビンボーサラリーマンなら、この内容で良いのかもしれません。私は、たまには外食しようと入った客です。メインが物足りなく、ライスが余るというのは、余りにも酷い。再訪ありません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格西安料理が楽しめます。激辛のチキン、マトン、牛モツ。麺類は刀削麺で、担々、麻辣、ワンタン麺など各種。辛くない一般的な中華メニューも揃っていて、鶴見の中華料理店では一番だと思っています。最近禁煙になったので星５つです。
You can enjoy authentic Xian cuisine. Spicy chicken, mutton, beef offal. The noodles are sword-cut noodles, such as dandan noodles, mala noodles, and wonton noodles. There is also a general Chinese menu that is not spicy, and I think it is the best at Tsurumi's Chinese restaurant. I recently quit smoking, so it's 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前にランチメニューを食べた事があり、今回もランチメニューを期待して行ったら、土日はランチメニューが無いと言う事なので、単品料理にライスとスープを付けて貰いました。
単品の料理は780円で、ライスとスープとザーサイをプラスして1040円でした。
中華街辺りだと、800円前後でランチを食べれるお店がたくさんあるので、少し割高かなと思いました。
料理は美味しかったのですが…
お店の子供だと思うのですが、店内の通路を大きな声を出しながら、小さい自転車みたいなので、走り周っていました。
色々な中華料理屋に入りましたが、こんなお店は初めてです。
あまりに声が五月蠅くて騒ぎまくってるので、注意しようと思いましたが辞めました。
お店の従業員らしき人達が、奥のテーブルで食事をしているのですが、マスクもしないで、大きな声で喋りまくっていました。
お客さんは誰ひとりしゃべっていないのに、店員が大きな声で喋りまくっていました。
お店の方の人柄も悪く無いし、料理も美味しいのだから、そういう点も配慮して欲しいと思います。

The personality of the shop staff is not bad, and the food is delicious, so I would like you to consider that as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野菜刀削麺は本当に野菜しか具がないタンメン風刀削麺で、スープはいけるが物足りない。ミニ麻婆豆腐丼は程よい辛さでおいしい。このセットで700円なら悪くないランチセットです。
難点といえば、結構頻繁に臨時休業するのと、店内のテーブルやメニューがベタベタする点でしょうか。
Vegetable sword-cut noodles are tanmen-style sword-cut noodles that really have only vegetables, soup is good but not enough. Mini mapo tofu bowl is moderately spicy and delicious. 700 yen for this set is not a bad lunch set.
The difficulty is that they are closed quite often and the tables and menus in the store are sticky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は、久々にランチメニューの坦々刀削麺とマーボー丼のセット。
これで700円なのでコスパが良いです。
麺は手削りなのに長さと幅と薄さが一定で凄い技術だと思います。
久々に訪問。
やはりこちらの麻辣刀削麺は美味しいですね。
今回は大盛りでオーダー。
テーブルに花椒置いて頂けると、更に嬉しいですね。
オーナーさんお願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YouTubeで検索すると動画が有ります。京急鶴見駅徒歩3分。旧東海道沿いに旨い刀削麺を食わせる店があると聞いてやってきました唐華。
坦々刀削麺（780円税込）を注文。
麻婆刀削麺も魅力的。また来るよー！
If you search on YouTube, you will find a video. 3 minutes walk from Keikyu Tsurumi station. I heard that there is a restaurant along the old Tokaido where you can eat delicious sword-cut noodles.
I ordered Tantan sword cutting noodles (780 yen including tax).
Mapo tofu noodles are also attractive. I'll come again!
