★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏真っ盛りの日に鳥取砂丘を訪れました。
昼間の気温は35℃近いため、とても観光どころではない
と判断し、朝８時に到着しました。
ビジターセンターは９時から開くようですが
トイレなどは利用可能でした。
駐車場は普通車（軽自動車も）１台500円で
時間制限無しで停められます。
私の場合はまだ1/3程度しか埋まっていなかった
のですが、恐らく昼前からだと停めるまでにも
渋滞で１時間待ちぐらいだと地元ニュースでも
よく報道されます。
砂丘見学から帰って来ると、男性の職員さんが
私のサンダルを見て
「熱かったでしょ～」と声を掛けてくれました。
まだ朝の時間でしたので、全然大丈夫でしたし
砂丘を靴を脱いだ裸足で歩いている人もいましたが
気温が高くなると火傷する恐れがあるようです。
私は砂丘を往復30分ほど歩いて戻って来ました。

It was still morning time, so it was all right
Some people were walking barefoot through the dunes with their shoes off.
It seems that there is a risk of burns when the temperature rises.
I walked back and forth in the dunes for about 30 minutes.

駐車場がかなり広くて、観光バスも止められます。
周辺も砂丘の砂だらけでした。

特に世界に一つしかないといわれている『風紋』を再現する風洞装置によるガイドは必聴！！
そして2階の展示も手作り感満載でとても凝っている
この施設に寄って砂丘に向かえば満足度UP間違いなしです
…だってあんなに広い砂丘、どこをどう歩くべきか誰も分からないでしょ？
The building on the right side of the Tottori Sand Dunes entrance is the visitor center that you should stop by before entering the sand dunes.
In particular, the guide using the wind tunnel device that reproduces the "wind crest", which is said to be the only one in the world, is a must-listen! !!
And the exhibition on the 2nd floor is full of handmade feeling and is very elaborate.
If you stop by this facility and head to the dunes, your satisfaction will definitely increase.
... because no one knows where or how to walk in such a large dune, right?
