入居してすぐに壊れている部分を直してほしいと伝えたが1度連絡が来てそのまま連絡はなく放置。 管理費払ってるのにろくにメンテナンスしない。 頼んでも無視。 退去する際も、かなり気分が悪かった。 どの人間も常に上から。接客をする気はない。 話が通じない。二度と借りない。心からおすすめしない。 借りる時だけ愛想いいかもしれませんね。 気をつけてください。

車庫証明を依頼しましたがコロナで振り込み&郵送になるとのこと。 すぐに振り込みするも5日経っても届かず、電話したら折り返しますと言いつつ折り返し無し(電源オフで繋がらないと言い訳する始末) しかも5日経ってるのに今日発送と言い出し忘れてたのかと問うと「忘れてないし振り込みも確認して郵送の手筈にはなっていた…」と… 殿様商売ですからオススメしません。 契約する時だけは良い顔してくれますけどね。

契約する際の対応は良かった。 ですが、賃貸物件に入居後、築40年以上経つ物件の設備が壊れたのを連絡したら、とても古い設備であるにも関わらず「入居者の負担」として費用請求してきた。 他の住人にも聞いたところ、まず何か設備に不具合があった際には、入居者の負担、その次に、現状で我慢してもらう、という流れでやりこめようとするので、非常に気苦労が続き早急に退去した。 また、退去の際にも、大変きれいに使用していたのにも関わらず、壁紙やフローリングの傷等々難癖をつけてきて、敷金ではまかなえず追加のお金を払い、やっとの思い出退去できた。 結局引っ越し等を含め自己の負担が増えたが、大手の管理会社に変えてからはそのようなことが一切ないので快適に暮らしている。 皆様もこの管理会社の物件にはお気をつけください。

法律に、違反しているような所がある。 契約入居時はペット可と説明を受けておりましたので、友人が病気入院の為一時的に猫を預かっていました。 その際にペット飼育は契約違反なのでとこの会社から1ヶ月以内に即強制退去命令を出され、家を追い出されました。 (裁判所を挟まずに) その間、ペット飼育を辞めるようになどとのお話はありませんでした。 その後の退去立ち会いの時には 補修で治るようなクロスの傷も張り替え無いと治らないと言われ、ほとんどのクロス張り替え費用を請求されました。 クリーニング費用も特約事項に記載して請求されましたが、入居時には一切そのような話はありませんでした。 今後他の方にそのような対応はないようにしてほしいと思います。

電話を取る女性の対応は良い。でも物件担当?の人の対応がとにかく遅い。レスポンスなし、状況報告なし。こちらから再三にわたり電話してもその後連絡なし。ここまで何もできない担当者っているの?って呆れるくらい。どうなってるか確認すると「ああ、そうでしたね!」みたいな反応。絶対忘れてます。会社自体の評判は知らないですが担当者がこれでは会社のレベルも知れてますね。
