ひどい対応でした。
片岡様という男性の担当の方です。
①連絡の遅延と意図不明な言い訳
⇨賃貸の申込書と見積もりという、契約に必要な資料を送って欲しいと言っても、メールを送ってこず、半日経過してようやくメールが届く。(あげく、メールは送ったはずですが、、と謎の言い訳をしてました。)
②言葉遣い
⇨ビジネスマンとはとても思えない粗末な受け答えでした。こちらも最終的には我慢が出来ず対応の異様さを指摘しましたが、それまでは基本的に誠実に接していたつもりです。
正直この会社でしか受付のない物件だったので、このような結果になってしまうのが非常に残念だったのですが、
今後のことも考えて諦めました。
改善された方がよろしいかと思います。
p.s.
添付は問い合わせ後6時間経過して届いたメールです。
ご自身のお名前を2度も書かれたりなど、不手際が目立ちます。

① Delayed contact and unintentional excuses
⇨ Even if I asked you to send me the materials necessary for the contract, such as the rental application form and the quotation, I did not send the email, and I finally received the email after half a day. (I should have sent an email, but I made a mysterious excuse.)
② Wording
⇨ It was a poor answer that I couldn't think of as a businessman. In the end, I couldn't stand it and pointed out the strangeness of the response, but until then, I basically thought that I was dealing with it in good faith.
To be honest, it was a property that only this company accepts, so it was very disappointing that such a result would occur.
I gave up thinking about the future.
I think it would be better if it was improved.
p.s.
The attachment is an email that arrived 6 hours after the inquiry.
Inconveniences such as writing your name twice are conspicuous.

オールライト管理の賃貸には絶対に入居しない事をお勧めします！
何か問題があっても都合の悪い事だと折り返すと言っても絶対に折り返しの連絡が来ません。
いい加減で常識のない会社!!
