最近、蕎麦が太くなった気がする。ラーメンの中太麺の少し細い位
蕎麦汁は少し濃いめ
山葵は摺り下ろし系
蕎麦の香りは普通、蕎麦湯はあまり香りがしない
いつもカツ丼や天丼セットで注文します。
天丼は美味しい
カツ丼はお肉が少し硬い
お店は清潔感がある
接客は控えめながら、元気で気持ちが良いです。会計の時は厨房からも ありがとうございました。 の声が聞こえる。
夜は居酒屋メニューやほろ酔いセットがあるようなので、コロナ次第だけど、仕事帰りにまた、寄ってみます。
