店内は清潔で、飲み物が数種類ホットとアイスを選べて自由に飲ませてもらえます。
とても丁寧にわかりやすく対応して頂けました。契約・引越しの最中に風邪を引いていて、コロナ問題もあるのでどうしようかと思っていた所、体調も悪いとのことで無理は禁物とリモートで契約書類の確認をしました。
その契約書類もわざわざ担当の方が家まで持ってきてくださったり、運送会社の不手際か鍵の郵送が間に合わないとなった時にも直接届けに来て頂いた上、謝罪の意味もあるのだとは思いますが差し入れにお菓子を頂いて、風邪で外出を自粛していた身にはとてもありがたかったです。
もし次があるならまた同じ方に担当をしていただきたいですし、知人が引越しを検討していればハウスメイトショップさんをお勧めしたいと思うくらいには温かみのある対応でした。
ハウスメイトさんには独自のサポートがあるので、入居後も不安事があった際にサポートセンターにメールや電話等で相談すれば迅速な対応がいただけます。大手を謳うエ○○ルさんとは大違いでとても安心できるので、サポート料も高くはないなと思えます。

They were very polite and easy to understand. I had a cold during the contract / moving, and I was wondering what to do because I had a corona problem, but I was feeling sick, so I was forced to check the contract documents remotely.
The person in charge took the trouble to bring the contract documents to the house, or even if the shipping company was inadequate or the key could not be mailed in time, he / she came directly to deliver it, and there is also a meaning of apology. I think, but I was very grateful to myself for having a sweet to put in and refraining from going out due to a cold.
If there is a next one, I would like the same person to take charge of it again, and if an acquaintance is considering moving, it was a warm response that I would like to recommend a housemate shop.
Housemates have their own support, so if you have any concerns after moving in, you can get a quick response by contacting the support center by email or phone. It's a big difference from Mr. E ○○, who sings a major company, and I feel very relieved, so I don't think the support fee is high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4月からの部屋探しで伺いました。繁忙期でしたので、他の不動産屋では、事前予約をしていない為断られたり、希望の物件が見つからず困っていたのですが、4軒目でハウスメイトさんに伺いました。まず、飲み物を出してくれまして、歩き疲れていたので嬉しかったです。最初、希望の部屋はこちらでも見つからなかったのですが、少し条件を変えながら物件を紹介頂きました。他の不動産屋では、ありませんね！で終わったのですが、ハウスメイトさんは、何とか部屋を見つけてくれようと、一緒に考えてくれました。条件を提示して、ある・ない、だけならwebで十分です。プロだからこその提案やアドバイスを頂きながら、部屋探しを手伝って貰って本当に助かりました。4月からの新生活が楽しみです。ありがとうございました。
