車での来訪は道が狭く交通機関利用を推奨です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸塚図書館が1階で２～３階が公会堂だよ。地下には車求められるけどいつも一杯だから、待ちます。無料だからしょうがないね。この場所は昔は戸塚プールがあった場所だよ。
The Totsuka Library is on the first floor and the second and third floors are public halls. There is a car in the basement but it ’s always full, so wait. It ’s free, so it ’s useless. This place used to be the Totsuka pool.
