J	Johnny Chu (John) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This city hall is quite big and houses many different departments including the citizens' affairs division, health insurance division, pension division, etc. The waiting time here can take anywhere from an hour to 2 hours. Like most government offices, it isn't very efficient. It is comparable to the DMV in the States. One good thing about this city hall is that some of the staff can actually speak English and are very helpful.
