k	kuma door on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレのリフォーム検討のため訪れました。トイレ、キッチン、バスと施工例も含めて綺麗に配置され見やすいショールームでした。この日は特に予約をすること無く訪れたこともあり、スタッフの対応は一切ありませんでした。資料の置いてある大きなミーティングテーブルが９つ設置されていましたが、すべて予約席の札が立ててあり座ることは出来ませんでした。３０分ほど見学させて頂きましたが、テーブルは使われること無く空いていましたのでちょっと疑問が残ります。大きな受付カウンターには常時３名ほどのスタッフが座っていましたが、入店時に予約の確認があったのみで、案内、製品説明も全くありません。退出する時点での声かけも無く、カタログや資料も頂けませんでした。パネルに説明が書いてあるので勝手に見てくださいという雰囲気です。他にも同じように説明を受けること無く見ていた方が見えました。後で入ってきた若い夫婦と思われる方は予約していたと思われますが、係員が一人付きっきりで各製品の説明をしていました。予約をしなければ一切対応しないという接客方式のようです。現在TOTO製品を使っているので真っ先に訪れたのですが、気分が悪くなるだけでした。 I visited to study the renovation of the toilet. The showroom was beautifully arranged, including the toilet, kitchen, bath, and construction examples. On this day, I visited without making a reservation, and the staff did not respond at all. There were nine large meeting tables with materials, but all of them had reserved seats, so I couldn't sit. I visited for about 30 minutes, but the table was vacant without being used, so I have a little doubt. About 3 people were always sitting at the large reception counter, but I only confirmed the reservation when I entered the store, and there was no guidance or product description at all. I didn't get a call when I left, and I couldn't get any catalogs or materials. The explanation is written on the panel, so it is an atmosphere that you can see it freely. I was able to see the others who were watching without receiving the same explanation. It seems that the young couple who came in later had made a reservation, but the clerk was dedicated to explaining each product. It seems to be a customer service method that does not correspond at all unless you make a reservation. I was the first to visit because I am currently using TOTO products, but it just made me feel sick.

I asked Mr. Nakaya in charge. I didn't serve tea. I didn't say hello. It was the worst. Last time I went to LIXIL's Nagoya showroom, but the response was good. Is TOTO a tengu?

If you make a reservation, you can respond politely. It is one of the best in the water area, so it is recommended for those who value functionality. I definitely want to use clean disinfectant water to protect the health of my family.
