★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チームリーダー「高坂」さんは、とても不愉快な対応でした。他のスタッフも立っているだけで相手もしない、レベルの低いスタッフ集団のショールームでした！接客レベルはスタンダードではなかった。我が家の設備からタカラの商品は全て無くしました。
Team leader "Kousaka" was very unpleasant. It was a showroom with a low-level staff group, with other staff standing alone and no other staff! The customer service level was not standard. I have lost all Takara products from my equipment.

説明もほとんどないし、色選んでいても急かされるし、キッチンの高さに至っては何も聞かれない?
何の為のショールームなのか分かりません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ システムバスリフォーム目的でTOTOの展示場を見終えてからこちらに行きました。マイナーなメーカーと思いきや、高品質なラインナップで驚きました。
大手他社との比較ですが、浴槽の素材です。最上位のホーローはホテルの上級お風呂と変わりません。セカンドグレードの人造大理石でも、剛性感バツグンです。
ショールームは広々しててフリードリンク(笑)
相談員の方の接客も素晴らしく、多彩なオプションを選択し、カタログに選択オプションをラベルで明記してくれるサービスに感激！
それでもってコストは大手他社と変わらないのだから、選ばない理由はありません。正直感動しました
