麗	麗純 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 説明と違う施工をされたのに修正してもらえませんでした。キッチンパネルの設置範囲について尋ね説明を受けました。しかし実際の施工は説明とは違っていました。(写真参考)修正依頼をするが断られ、たらい回しにされ、リクシル岡崎の営業から折り返すと言われたのに放置されました。今思えば説明した係員Nはその会話の時、声が小さくどこか自信なさげでした。無責任のしわ寄せが客の私たちに行きます。ショールームでの会話は録音して置いた方が良いです。記録が無いという理由で断られました。(記録するのは係員)こちらで証拠を残しておきましょう。新築マイホームの出来事で辛かったです。係員N.Aは現在リモート接客担当だそうです。 The construction was different from the explanation, but it was not corrected. I was asked about the installation range of the kitchen panel and received an explanation. However, the actual construction was different from the explanation. (Refer to the photo) I made a correction request, but it was refused, and I was turned around, and I was left unattended even though I was told by the sales staff of LIXIL Okazaki to return. When I think about it now, the staff member N, who I explained, had a quiet voice and was somewhat confident at the time of the conversation. Irresponsible wrinkles go to us as guests. It is better to record the conversation in the showroom. It was refused because there was no record. (The person in charge will record it) Let's leave evidence here. It was hard because of the events in my new home. The clerk N.A is currently in charge of remote customer service.
M	MY SS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知らずに予約無しで行ったら注意されたが、店内はガラガラで頼んだら少し説明された。他社ショールームに較べ接客レベルは低いと思う。 I was warned if I went without a reservation without knowing it, but when I asked for it in a rattle, the inside of the store was explained a little. ひ	ひな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 規模は小さいですが、皆さん優しく感じの良いばかりでした。予約が取りづらいため予約無しで行ったこともありますが、いつ行っても丁寧な対応をしてもらえました。住宅関係のショールームは色々なところにたくさん行きましたが、メーカーの中では接客や見積もりの速さなども合わせて1番対応が良かったです。 The scale was small, but everyone was just kind of nice. I have been without reservation because it is difficult to take a reservation, but I was able to respond politely whenever I went. There were a lot of showrooms related to housing, but among the manufacturers, the first response was good as well, including the speed of customer service and estimates.
