フ	フミカ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肥後橋のとあるビルの上の方にある上田慎一郎へ。下にはあの有名な万両ありました。これは知ってないと行かない場所だなあ? お店は狭く、カウンター席は夜景が見えます? 私が座った席は椅子と机があってなくてめっちゃ座りにくかった??涙机の横の部分？足を入れないところに無理やり椅子置いてるんだよね… フルコース食べるの不安。(笑) 気を取り直して。ここはグラスワインも充実してたので料理に合わせて色々飲ませていただきました。 ○前菜　まぐろのたたき　生ハムとメロン　洋梨とチーズ？豪華な前菜です。本格的なわさびももらいました。メロンの下に甘めのチーズみたいなのが入ってて美味しかったなあ！ ○玉ねぎのスープきのこと玉ねぎ。冷静スープでつぶつぶもあって珍しい? きのこの食感がきいてます。 ○フォカッチャめっちゃ柔らかい。そして小さい。パンはひとつだけでした。パンもっと欲しかったなあ? ○キッシュ　ミートボール　バーニャカウダ　パテ　などまだまだ前菜ぽいやつ。メモしてなくて、、、どれも美味しいよ！キッシュはやや味薄いかな？ ○かぼちゃのクリームパスタこれ美味しい！濃厚でめっちゃもっちり。コースの中で一番好きでした☺️ ○すずき魚はすずきです。魚はちょっとで下にごはんが入ってるの！！これもかぼちゃのソースやってまた？って思ったw 魚はカリッとしてます? ○お肉　北海道の肉　カツまさかのカツかー。上に野菜たっぷり。 ○コーヒーとロールケーキと自家製チョコアイスコーヒーは薄すぎてお茶みたいに飲んだ? スイーツは微妙ですね。。 ○ワイン写真ないですが、スペインのcavaとニュージーランドのシャルドネ飲みました☺️ 種類はお店の方にお任せで！全体的にはおしゃれで穴場感が嬉しいレストランでしたわワインがグラスも品揃え豊富で最高? Not recommended for those who are familiar with Michelin-starred shops. I don't think the chef and staff are bad personalities, but if you're busy, you'll be put off in various ways and it will take time. I'm a little inflexible.
