普通なら現地引き渡しだと思うのですが車が手配できないと。
借主に対して余りにも横柄では？
残念な不動産屋だと思う。
入居後にキッチンのシンク下から水漏れ。
入居前に設備の確認はされてない。
新潟だからそれで通用する？
換気扇が作動しても弱く入居後4ヶ月で動かなくなった。
賃貸で貸す物件の入居前設備の確認が全くなされてない。残念！！
