★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客を見て商売してますね 売り地を探しを相談しても金が無いようなお客は相手にしません！私の場合よそで土地購入しましたけどテレビcmしてるわりには最悪の不動産屋です。
We look at customers and do business. We do not deal with customers who do not have money even if they consult for a place to sell! In my case I bought the land aside, but it is the worst real estate agent for TV cm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ある程度勉強して知っている人なら分かると思うが、相場相場というわりに他の不動産屋さんと比較しても高い。
土地の質問をして足を運んで話を聞こうと思ったら「ついさっきこの物件は商談中になりました」などと訳のわからない事を言い出す。逆に商談中でもないのにネット上で商談中のマーク(駆け引き？)
E分譲地の担当が上から高圧的に物を言う。
時間の無駄なので、M社さんに行った方が話が早い。
As anyone who has studied to some extent and knows can understand, the market price is high compared to other real estate agents.
When I asked a question about the land and decided to go and listen to it, I said something I couldn't understand, such as "I just had a business talk about this property." On the contrary, a mark that is in talks on the net even though it is not in talks (bargain?)

It's a waste of time, so it's faster to go to Company M.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのエアコン付き賃貸に住んでいます。エアコンが動かなくなり日生に修理依頼をし業者の方が確認にきましたが、その後かれこれ２ヶ月半以上音沙汰なしです。
日生の方に２度、エアコンがどうなるのか連絡しましたが返答が来ません。それまではすぐ対応してくれていたので、今回はがっかりしました。
I live in this air-conditioned rent. The air conditioner stopped working and I asked Nissei to repair it, and the contractor came to check it, but after that, I haven't heard about it for more than two and a half months.
I contacted Nissei twice about what happened to the air conditioner, but I didn't get a reply. Until then, he responded immediately, so I was disappointed this time.
