毎	毎日晩酌 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川口に鷄笑がオープンとのことで行ってみました。先日TV番組で店舗数を急激に拡大・・と紹介あり興味ありました。お持ち帰りで骨なしミックス(ムネとモモ)を注文。車で10分ほどの距離のため、メニューに記載されている温め方に習い自宅で温めなおして食べました。カリっとジューシー。美味しくビールのアテになりました。千切りキャベツとか野菜の別売りがあると嬉しいですね。まだオープンしたてでスタッフが慣れないのか声が小さめでしたが早く慣れて下さいね。 I went to Kawaguchi because the chicken was open. N	N S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文しても出てくるのが遅い。揚げ物なんだから遅いのはまあ分かるが、注文自体を忘れるとは一体どういうことか？わずか数人の客しかいなかったにも関わらず、客を放置して平気な精神が全く理解できない。謝られたが、そんなの意味ないし、状況説明の方が欲しかった。まずは店内のオペレーションをスムーズに行えるようにカイゼンすべき。他の方のレビューにも同様のミスが書かれているが、こんな低レベルなミスを開店当初から繰り返しているのだろうか？ ------追記----- 店長自らの真摯な返信があったので、また今度買いに行ってみたいと思う。次はオーダー確認や、受け渡し等がちゃんとなされていることを期待してます。無駄な文句も多かったレビュー部分も消しまして、星3に修正致します。店舗運営大変かとは思いますが、是非頑張ってください。 Even if I order it, it comes out late.
