★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行くなら隣の松屋の方がいいです。すき家に接客力は求めてないですが、とても人間の心があると思えない接客で500円を払ったことさえ後悔しました。先月ぐらいから研修でいる女性の態度が最悪。1ヶ月経っても全く応対もできない。教育なんてないんだと思います。水をお願いしても出てこない。忘れてたことに対するお詫びもない。なにより怠そうに仕事する感じ。とにかく顔を見たくない。あの女性がいる限りお店にはいきません。その後対応してくださった男性の方は丁寧に対応してくださいました。
 If you go, the next Matsuya is better. I don't ask Sukiya for customer service, but I regret even paying 500 yen for customer service that I don't think has a human heart. The attitude of women who have been training since last month is the worst. I can't respond at all even after a month. I don't think there is education. Even if I ask for water, it doesn't come out. I have no apologies for what I forgot. Above all, I feel like working lazy. I don't want to see my face anyway. I can't go to the store as long as that woman is there. The men who responded after that responded politely.

I learned that if you walk up to the counter to order, they'd assume you're asking for takeaway. Find a spot to sit and get a staff's attention if you're looking to eat in.
