窓口でも予約できますが対応はあまり期待できません。
常に電話もなっていてそちらが優先になる場合も。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所に住んでいてよく利用しています 他のコメントで一方通行逆走が、、とありましたがこの南浦和駅付近はバイク逆走通行可能の一方通行です。
なので交通違反ではないですね。 でももっと安全運転してほしいなーとは思います。 利用者としては早く持ってきてもらいたいので矛盾してしまいますが(笑)
