あ	あい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 厨房を実習生だけで回してる凄い店舗。いや人件費カットもついにここまで来たかと、呆れ半分感心半分。誤解なきように断っておくと、彼等のパフォーマンスには何の不満もない。むしろ厨房前の特等席で直接出してもらえたからか、常に焼き立てが出てきて満足している。ただ、あれだけ働いていてもし時給300円とかの奴隷待遇なのだとしたら、それは流石にいかがなものかと思う。例えばホールで日本語が分からず定形外の質問をすると「は？俺日本語分かんねえし知るかよ」みたいな態度で慌てて店長が出てくる、みたい仕事ぶりなら300円とかでも妥当だと思う(だからと言って、最低賃金を大幅に下回る実質違法労働が容認されるべきとは思わない)。だが上級バイト相当のポジションを任せていてきっちり成果を出してるので、相応の賃金が支払われていて欲しいと思う(まあ政府の税金中抜き政策に便乗して乞食をやっている私が言えたことではないが) 商品については今さら語ることもないかと。普通に鳥貴族。いい加減なオペレーションで冷めた焼鳥が出てくるなんてこともこの店舗はなく、普通に良かった。モモ貴族焼きタレと三角は安定の美味しさで、新商品のハラミも美味しかった。ただハラミの合間にシソを挟むのは、客層をかなり狭めてしまうので正解かは分からない。ここは一人予約を受け付けている乞食歓迎店舗なので、今後も利用すると思う。 A great store where only trainees run the kitchen. た	たえぞー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近テレビで特集していたので来訪。直前に予約していたのでスムーズに入れましたが、予約してない方はかなり待つ程、満席。三連休のせいもあるのかな。ちょっとわかりにくい場所にある鳥貴族中野北口店。Wi-Fi有り、タッチパネル方式はありがたい。一番食べたかった貴族焼(ネギマ)と牛串を注文したが、牛串は売り切れで残念。他にヤゲン軟骨、レバー、ポテトチーズコロッケ、フライドポテト、ささみわさび串、季節メニューの明太うどん、もちもちチーズ串などを注文。どれもボリュームがあり美味しかった◎ たくさん食べたいと思っていたがボリュームがあり、なかなか食べれなかった。貴族焼は中が赤く生焼けだったので、外国人スタッフに伝えると「大丈夫」と言われたが、すぐに他のベテランスタッフが対応。新しい焼き直しを出してくれた。帰りには店長さんまで出て来て謝罪してくれて、この企業とこの店舗の素晴らしさを感じた。 paypay、クレカ使えるのも◎ 美味しくて接客も◎ ボリュームも◎ ジムビームのメガジョッキ、298円も◎ マイナスポイントは、トイレが１つしかない事と、テーブルに七味がないこと。パーティションが邪魔で声が聞こえにくいこと。でもオススメのお店です。 I visited because it was featured on TV recently.
