平日の19時頃来店。
スピードメニューのチャンジャは注文して30分以上かって提供される。
なんなら店員呼んでも5分以上来ない。
焼き鳥も30分はかかるともかく提供が遅い。
あまりにも注文した品が来ないので店員を呼んで聞くと1Fが混んでいて遅くなっているとのこと。
もう待つのに疲れて最後の品を食べたら帰ろうとしたら
生焼けの鶏肉…
なんかおかしいとすぐに吐き出したけど生の肉ちょっと食べちゃったよ…
店員呼んで指摘すると、「あ〜、新しいの持ってきます」と謝罪しない男性店員。
結局、同じ焼き鳥を焼き直して持ってきてもらうのに20分以上かかりました。
時間の無駄！！
こっちは早く帰りたいのに！！
写真の品を注文して全部2時間半以上かけて出されるって…コース料理でもないのに。
一番の問題は生焼けの焼き鳥。謝罪なしで20分以上待たせてもう最悪！！
カンピロバクターで食中毒になったらどうするんだよ！

Visited around 19:00 on weekdays.
The speed menu changer will be served in 30 minutes or more after ordering.
Even if I call a clerk, it doesn't come for more than 5 minutes.
Yakitori also takes 30 minutes, but it is slow to serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とり鍋コース＋飲み放題でオーダーしたのですが生ビールは含まれず別料金でした。日本酒もプレミアにしないとまともなお酒はありませんでした。
I ordered a hot pot course + all-you-can-drink, but draft beer was not included and it was an extra charge. There was no decent sake unless we made sake a premiere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炭酸の高いハイボール199円を4杯、プレモル199円を3杯で(飲み放題だと1200円)、味噌がうまいキャベツと特製味噌290円、鳥の焼き餃子390円*2、おまかせ6本盛りの焼き鳥盛り合わせ6本590円、秘伝の鶏皮串1本70円、たれのおいしい大振りのデカ唐揚げ1個99円、旨辛パイタン麺490円、ポテトフライ390円で4人で締めてひとり2500円です。本当に安いし料理もうまいですね。等々力のテニスの後にいきましたが、いつもサイゼリアなので新しい選択肢が出来ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2軒目で利用しました。アルコールも料理もとても安かったです。味はまあまあ美味しかった。水炊きが1人前からオーダーできるのは良かったけど、値段相応の味です。自分のスマホでオーダーしなきゃならないのは、慣れるまで面倒くさい。3階まであるけど、階段は酔ってると落ちそうで危ないかも。
I used it at the second house. Alcohol and food were very cheap. The taste was pretty good. It was nice to be able to order mizutaki from one serving, but the taste is reasonable for the price. Having to order with my smartphone is a hassle until I get used to it. There are up to the 3rd floor, but the stairs may be dangerous if you get drunk.
