★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボリューム満点でがっつり系男子には最適のらーめん店です。スープも割とあっさりしてるので、こってりを注文しても背脂がこってりしているだけで、さらっとスープです。チャーシューは厚めでほろほろです。ワンタン麺はワンタンがつるつるで最高です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二回訪問して、醤油、味噌、塩、つけ麺を頂きました。個人的におすすめは醤油ラーメンです。魚粉はテーブルに備え付けて有りますので、お好みで魚介醤油にする事が出来ます。あっさりを選んでもそこそこ油の量が有ります。こってりを選ぶと背脂が追加される感じです。
麺は細麺と太麺が選べます。細麺は平打の縮れ麺で、醤油や塩味に合うと思いました。太麺はやや四角い歯応えのあるタイプで味噌や好みによりますが、つけ麺等に相性が良いと思います。
塩ラーメンは胡麻がたっぷりかけてあり、比較的大人し目の味でした。スープの量も良心的だと思います。
味噌ラーメンの小辛は個人的には、しょっぱい感じがしました。味は昔のだるまやさんのようなイメージでした。
つけ麺の豚骨魚介スープは冷めたら温められる様に、カセットコンロを貸してくれました。途中どうしてもぬるくなってしまうスープを温め直すサービスが嬉しいです。味はスタンダードな豚骨魚介つけ麺です。私は細麺を選びましたが、美味しかったです。
お店のラジオの音量は大きめです。
I visited twice and had soy sauce, miso, salt and tsukemen. I personally recommend soy sauce ramen. The fishmeal is provided on the table, so you can make seafood soy sauce if you like. Even if you choose lightly, there is a decent amount of oil. It feels like backfat is added when you choose thick.
You can choose thin noodles or thick noodles. The thin noodles are flat, curly noodles, and I thought they would go well with soy sauce and salty taste. Thick noodles are a slightly square and chewy type, and although it depends on the miso and taste, I think it goes well with tsukemen.
The salt ramen had plenty of sesame seeds and had a relatively mature taste. I think the amount of soup is also conscientious.
Personally, the small spiciness of miso ramen felt salty. The taste was like the old Darumaya-san.
He lent me a cassette stove so that the tonkotsu seafood soup of tsukemen can be warmed when it gets cold. I'm glad that the service reheats the soup that gets slimy on the way. The taste is standard pork bone seafood tsukemen. I chose thin noodles and it was delicious.
The volume of the radio in the store is loud.

辛みその中辛￥850を注文。普通サイズでもかなりボリュームあり、少食の私には多い位でした。味は「旨い！」また行きます

細かなオーダーができる美味しいらーめん。
続々とお客さんが来店してましたし
