柊	柊悠希 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本店の前を通るたびに気にはなっていたものの、今まで見送っていました。クチコミを拝見すると「山形の魂の味」「山形で1番美味い」「とにかく美味い」とのことなので、とうとう重い腰を上げ、本店よりこちらの江俣店の方が評価がよいようなので、江俣店に行ってみることにしました。駐車場は広めで12〜15台くらいはいけるのかな？本店と違い国道から外れたところにあるおかげで、出入りもしやすいです。ラーメン自体は、結論からいうと期待外れ。至って普通。誰かが食べたいと言えばついて行っても良いが、単独でリピートはしなくても良いかな？という感じ。スープはぬるめ。熱いのが苦手な私が着丼直後からふーふーしなくても食べれる程。後味はあおさの風味が強い。大辛を頼んでみましたが、まったく辛くない。コロナ対策としてテーブルに仕切り、店員はマスクをしていましたが、残念なことにご主人がアゴマスクの状態で喋りながらラーメンを作っていました。レジのおばさんも、一応「ありがとうございます」は言うのだけれど、心此処にあらずというか雑な感じで何とも微妙。 I was worried every time I passed in front of the main store, but I hadn't seen it until now. The ramen itself is disappointing from the conclusion. Very ordinary. If someone wants to eat, you can follow along, but is it okay if you don't repeat alone? Feeling like that. The soup is lukewarm. I'm not good at hot food, so I can eat it right after the bowl without fooling around. The aftertaste has a strong sea lettuce flavor. I asked for a big spicy, but it's not spicy at all. As a measure against corona, the clerk was wearing a mask by partitioning it into a table, but unfortunately the husband was making ramen while talking in the state of an agony mask. The cashier's lady also says "Thank you" for the time being, but it's kind of subtle because it's not here in my heart.

さ	さとうもとい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元のみなさんおいしいと言っていたので行ってみました "納豆ラーメン大辛" 辛さ目当てで行くのであれば期待外れですが普通にうまい山芋と納豆が辛さをマイルドにしてくれているのでもっと辛くても全然食べれそう麺がいい意味で目立たないので純粋にスープを楽しむ感じです。餃子は普通でした The locals said it was delicious so I went there "Natto ramen spicy" It's disappointing if you go for spiciness, but it's usually good Yam and natto make the spiciness mild, so even if it's spicy, you can eat it at all. ご	ごん太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに伺いました。恐らく20年振でしょうか(笑)…バイパス店と七日町店には伺ってましたが。(七日町店は飲み会の仕上げです) みそラーメンの中辛を頼みました。美味しいです！が…思い出補正なのか、ボケたのでしょうか？何か違う様な？前はもっと辛かったイメージ、麺も変わった？うーん、気のせいですかねでも、美味しくいただきました。次回は大辛ですね I visited after a long time. 子	子猫の気持ち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みそらーめん超辛+100円激辛レベル2★★☆☆☆ 辛いラーメンが食べたくて鬼がらし江俣店に行ってきました。日曜日pm3:00頃訪問。他のラーメン屋より昼の営業時間が長く助かる。駐車場は15台以上と広く昼時でも問題なく止められそう。みそらーめん超辛+100円辛を注文。味は凄く好みの味で美味しかったが、辛さは味と美味しさ重視のためか思った以上に辛くなかった。パウダー系のブランド唐辛子を使ってないのでこれ以上+辛しても唐辛子の粉っぽさが残りスープの邪魔になるだけで辛さは望めないかも。 Miso Ramen Super Spicy +100 Yen Super Spicy Level 2 ★★ ☆☆☆ I went to the Onigarashi Emata store because I wanted to eat spicy ramen. Visited around 3:00 pm on Sunday. The daytime business hours are longer than other ramen shops. The parking lot is large with more than 15 cars, and it seems that it can be parked without problems even at noon. I ordered miso ramen super spicy + 100 yen spicy. The taste was very good and it was delicious, but the spiciness was not as spicy as I expected, probably because of the emphasis on taste and deliciousness. I don't use powder brand chili peppers, so even if I spicy it any more, the powdery taste of the chili peppers will remain and it will interfere with the soup, so I may not be able to expect spiciness.
