★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does Alice realize that in Japan, the server generally brings your drink out after the meal? Doesn't seem like it. Anyway, this place is amazing, but go early for lunch or you'll never get in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vegetable gratin sounded vegetarian but it had sausage meat in it which was very disappointing. Also the waitress didn't bring our drinks until we had finished eating which was pretty bad. It was also pretty expensive.

Not heavy on the pandemic protocol (they only have the alcohol sanitizer at the entrance; not body temperature check; or QR code in place yet) but the staff wipes down the lunch buffet utensils every now and then (was there for 2 hours and the cleaning took place once or twice)
