★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure this should be classified as a wedding chapel, but alright. The food is good, and they're not stingy with the alcohol in their drinks course (you will get drunk). More food in the all-you-can-eat course would be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed feeling about Rough Rare. The food is great. I have never had a complaints about anything I had there. It's very good.
My issue is with the interior. It has recently renovated, and the changes were not for the better. The third floor used to be a great place to have lunch. It had a great vibe. Now they've turned it into a play room, and you eat lunch on the second floor, which has a different vibe entirely. Bright, neon signs, silly decor (for my tastes), and they play the music way too loud for a comfortable conversation across the dinner table.
I'd give them a 5 for the food, but a three for the environment. So average to four.
